When cooperating with us, the buyer pays 5% commission.

  • support of the sale-purchase agreement;
  • verification of the authenticity of the provided paper documents and the legitimacy of previous agreements;
  • check for the presence and absence of debts for utilities;
  • detection of encumbrances and arrests imposed on real estate;
The agreement is notarized. The cost of the notary's services is UAH 2,500. Due to the current legislation of Ukraine, each buyer of real estate also pays a fee to the Pension Fund in the amount of 1% of the value specified in the contract.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, when selling an apartment, you must pay 5% of its cost and 1.5% of the military fee, plus 1% of the state duty .

Persons who have inherited housing or have owned this property for more than 3 years are exempted from paying 5 and 1.5%.
